Terms of service

The service

VariantWorks provides a fixed-scope creative sprint: three short-form video ad concepts with two opening hooks each (six vertical video files), including captions and a call-to-action, for one business named in your brief, plus one round of revisions.

Production begins once payment is received and your brief is complete. Delivery times shown to you are targets, not guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Your brief and materials

You confirm that you are authorised to commission advertising for the business in your brief and to provide the materials you share with us, and that the offers and claims in the brief are accurate. You are responsible for your client's approval of the final ads and for compliance with advertising platform policies and applicable law when you run them.

We may decline a brief we can't produce well or responsibly. If we do, we will tell you before production starts and refund your payment in full.

Revisions

One revision round is included, submitted through the revision form provided with your delivery. Revisions refine the delivered concepts; new concepts, a different business, or a changed offer are a new sprint.

Ownership and use

On delivery and full payment, you and the business named in your brief may use the delivered files in paid and organic media to promote that business, without attribution to VariantWorks. We may use generative and licensed stock tools in production; third-party components are used under their respective licences.

We will not publish your client's ads as portfolio work without your permission.

No performance guarantee

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular return on ad spend, lead volume or other performance outcome.

Payment and refunds

The sprint is paid upfront. Payments are processed by Stripe. Apart from the declined-brief refund above, fees are non-refundable once production has begun; if we fail to deliver, you are entitled to a full refund.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a sprint is limited to the amount you paid for that sprint, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
