Privacy policy

What we collect

When you buy a sprint we receive your name, email address and agency name from our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Through the brief you provide information about your client's business and links to their materials. We use it only to produce and deliver your sprint.

Who processes it

We use Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), a managed Postgres provider (order records), Google Drive (file delivery) and third-party production tools, including AI services, to create the ads. Brief content may be sent to those production tools solely to produce your order.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal information and we don't add you to marketing lists from a purchase.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and to support revisions, and delete brief materials on request once your sprint is complete.

Your choices

To access, correct or delete your information, reply to any email from us.
